Frequently Asked Questions
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes full access to the mainstage, immersive installations, and chill spaces.
Can I change or refund my ticket?
Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. If you need to refund or change your ticket, contact us and we’ll help you out!
Is this event 18+ or 21+?
This event is 21+, and valid ID is required for entry.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes! All guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid ID upon entry.
Can I leave and return to the event in the same night?
Yes, but you must scan your wristband when exiting to re-enter.
I lost or never received my wristband in the mail. What do I do?
If you lost or didn’t receive your wristband in the mail, you can pick it up at the will call window when you first enter the venue.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
No! All tickets must be purchased online through this website.
Where is Candyland located?
Candyland will take place in Burbank, CA. The exact address and entry instructions will be sent by email to ticket holders closer to the event.
Is parking available?
Yes! There is plenty of free street parking near the venue, and a map of areas to park will be emailed out with the location/entry instructions closer to the event date.
What time should I arrive?
The doors open at 8:00 pm each night, but you can enter anytime during the event hours 8:00 pm – 2:00 am.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes! There will be a full bar with alcohol available for guests 21+ with valid ID.
Will there be non-alcoholic options?
Yes! There will be soda, water, mocktails, and other options available.
Can I bring my own drinks?
No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Will there be food?
There will not be substantial food options, and we recommend eating before or after the event.
What items are prohibited?
- Illegal substances
- Weapons, fireworks, or explosives
- Pets
- Outside food or drink
Will there be security?
Yes, security will be present to ensure a safe experience.
Is there a dress code?
Not really, we want you to dress however you want! We do have a couple of common sense rules:
- No hate symbols or any racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory language or imagery
- No explicit nudity
- Avoid elements that are sharp or dangerous to people around you (no overly large spikes or hard protrusions)
Is smoking allowed?
There will be an outdoor smoking area provided, however, there is absolutely no smoking inside the building.
Is water available?
Yes, free water will be available.
Are there places to sit?
Yes! There are multiple places to chill throughout the event.
Is the Candyland accessible?
Yes! We strive to make our events accessible to everyone. Candyland will have step-free access to main areas where possible, ADA-compliant restrooms, dedicated chill spaces for rest, and staff available to assist with accessibility needs.
